Final Artwork

Started with a rough pass to establish composition, lighting, and character focus. I explored a softer, more diffuse lighting setup early on, but it lacked clarity and focal hierarchy.

In the final version, I pushed contrast and lighting to better frame the creature as the focal point. The right-side fruit pile was simplified and darkened to reduce noise and improve readability. I also refined materials and forms to strengthen the overall silhouette and depth.

Gemini and ChatGPT were used selectively during the refinement stage, for feedback on the painting and to explore variations while maintaining the original idea and composition. Any issues introduced in that process were corrected with final paintovers in Photoshop.
